What do I do if my item is missing?Updated a year ago

We are so sorry to hear your item is missing. 

We pack and ship all of our ICONIC London orders with care but errors do occasionally occur during shipment and delivery. 

Please get in touch with our  Customer Service team and we would be happy to look into this for you asap. 

To speed the process up, it would be great if you could please provide the below information:

  • Your order number
  • A description of your product that is missing. 
  • A photo of the purchase you received and all the items received in the order.
