What do I do if I have received the wrong item?Updated a year ago

We are so sorry to hear you have received the wrong item.

We pack and ship all of our ICONIC London orders with care but errors do occasionally occur. 

Please get in touch with our  Customer Service team and we would be happy to look into this for you asap. 

To speed the process up, it would be great if you could please provide the below information:

  • Your order number
  • A description of your product that has been received incorrectly
  • A photo of the product confirming the product type and shade. 

Unfortunately we are only able to assist with products that are purchased directly from our website. If your item was purchased from one of our retailers, please reach out to them directly.
