What happens if I am not home to accept my delivery?Updated 6 months ago

If you are not home to accept your delivery, your courier may select a safe space to leave your delivery. 

If a safe space is not available, your courier will return your parcel to the delivery depot. After 3 delivery attempts your order will be returned to sender. 

If you are not going to be home at the time of your delivery, we would recommend redirecting your parcel to a neighbour or rescheduling your delivery to an alternative date via your tracking information.
