If you're not home at the time of delivery, the courier may leave your parcel in a safe place. If no suitable safe place is available, it may be taken back to the depot. Couriers can attempt delivery up to three times; if all attempts are unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to us and refunded once it arrives at our warehouse.

Depending on your courier, your tracking link may also give you options to redirect your parcel to a neighbour or reschedule the delivery for another day if you know you won’t be home.
