What should I do if I haven't received my order?Updated a year ago

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email to confirm your tracking details so you can keep an eye on your delivery.

Please check your tracking information daily to ensure your order is still on its way to you and there are no problems with your delivery. We would also recommend rescheduling or redirecting your delivery if you are not going to be home on your day of delivery. 

In the event that your order is marked as delivered and has not been received, we recommend checking the Proof of Delivery provided with your tracking information as a photo will often be provided of the delivery location. 

We would then recommend you survey your property and check with your immediate neighbours to confirm they have not collected the parcel on your behalf. 

If your order can still not be located, please contact our Customer Service team and we will happily look into this for you.
