Occasionally, an order is unsuccessful due to an error with the customer's billing details.
When there is a discrepancy with payment and shipping details (such as your shipping postcode not matching the postcode that your card is registered to) this amount is occasionally held by your bank for protection, but it is unlikely we have successfully received your order.
The amount should be returned to you shortly, and you are welcome to place a new order with revised billing details.
